36. The Garments (Exodus 28: 1 - 5)
God was originally with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. When they sinned, God made garments of skins and clothed them and sent them from the garden of Eden. Now, God wanted to be with men again and commanded Moses to make holy garments for Aaron, for glory and for beauty. The people of Israel are the descendants of Adam and Eve. So, what made the difference this time? What has changed God's attitude toward men? How should we understand the purpose of the High Priest's holy garments for us?
